Regular maintenance preserves your machine's precision and extends its life. Here are the basic maintenance routines:
After each use, clean chips and dust from the table, rails and bolts. You can use compressed air or a brush. Protect the control board and electronics box from dust.
Periodically lubricate the rails and lead screws with a suitable lubricant. Lubrication is recommended every 2-4 weeks depending on frequency of use.
Keep the spindle bearing and collet area clean. When changing bits, tighten the collet to make sure the spindle is fully seated. If you notice abnormal noise or vibration, contact our service.
When you notice a fault in your machine, our service process proceeds through the following steps:
Fill in the service request form or contact us via our technical support line. Describe the fault condition in as much detail as possible.
Our team reviews your request, identifies the possible causes of the fault and informs you.
If repair is required, a quote clearly stating the scope and cost is presented for your approval. No quote is needed for faults under warranty.
After your approval, the repair begins. With the advantage of 100% local production, spare parts are supplied quickly.
The repaired machine is tested and delivered to you. Delivery time varies depending on part availability; depending on stock it is completed within 1 month at the latest.
